These bids are invited to provide all labor, design, material, tools, equipment and layout in performing the Video Inspection of Sewer Pipelines, smoke testing, and manhole inspections in Gautier, Mississippi. All bids must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder payable to the order of The City of Gautier, or a bid bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety hereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. All Bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a prime or subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work, must comply with Section 31-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, by having a current Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Public Contractors.
