Vancouver Public Schools occasionally hires professional service consultants including architectural, engineering, and others to perform various design and consulting services on a variety of public works projects. In accordance with RCW 39.80.030, the district encourages architectural, engineering, or similar consultants to submit for consideration on a variety of public projects executed by the District. There are no specific activities or projects at this time. The Vancouver School District would like to see submissions covering at least the following areas of professional work: Architectural Construction Management Construction Inspection and Material Testing Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering Environmental Engineering & Consultants Geotechnical Engineering and Testing Land Surveying Landscape Architectural Mechanical Engineering Structural Engineering Traffic Engineering Other Engineering Specialty Planning/Land use Playground Design Consultant Submissions should include: . Name of your company . Who will service as the primary point of contact to the District . Primary point of contact name, phone and email . Type of services your company is qualified to perform . A description of your firm's experience providing services your company is qualified to perform . Describe approach to compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements . Show firm's flexibility in adapting to changing needs and priorities . Identify methods and approaches used to meet completion deadlines . Provide a list of projects completed within the last four (4) years . Project name, description, and location . Beginning and end dates of project . Description of services provided by your firm . Any sub-consultants that worked with the firm . Provide at least five (5) references .
