The Project is for a three- (3)-year task-order contract (2023 - 2025) to perform gas collection and control system design services at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill and may also include other SWACO facilities as needed. Task-order projects may vary in size, description, and duration. SWACO plans to enter into a contract with one or more qualified Proposer(s) that have the ability to perform some, or all of the services outlined in the RFQ.
