The work includes: Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard with containment. Apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Apply a polyurethane caulk to the roof lap seams. Work includes the interior of the wet riser. The cathodic protection system shall be removed and reinstalled by the owner's vendor, coordination and payment is the contractor's responsibility. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire dry interior to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the access tube and bowl and a two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces. Foundation: Repair grout. Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Splash Pad: Install a concrete splash pad at the new overflow pipe discharge. Repairs: 1. Replace the wet riser and access tube manway gasket. 2. Replace the wet interior roof hatch. 3. Install a handhold above the painter's hatch. 4. Overflow discharge modification. 5. Install a mud valve. 6. Replace the wet interior ladder. 7. Replace roof vent with a pressure vacuum vent. 8. Install roof rigging couplings. 9. Install bowl rigging couplings. 10. Weld a rigging lug on the bowl. 11. Remove lugs remaining from the wet interior at an old siphon. 12. Wet interior platform repair. 13. Relocate antennas to the roof handrail. 14. Replace light fixtures in the dry interior 15. Change all light bulbs in the dry interior. 16. Remove the wet interior light fixture. 17. Relocate the aviation lights. 18.
