**As of March 2, 2023, project was awarded to Reynolds & Kay, Ltd, awarded amount is $4,993,060.99.** Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 23-003 Project Name: 2023 Asphalt Enhancement Program The project includes: asphalt milling and overlays, high friction surface treatment,seal coats and underseals, fog seals, base repairs, valley gutters, curb and gutter replacement, driveway approach replacement, and restriping for approximately 28 lane miles of roadways in the City of Tyler. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
