A. Project Description: Project name is Window Replacement at Franklin Avenue Middle School, High Mountain Road School and Woodside Avenue School and further identified as Di Cara | Rubino Contract Documents prepared by Di Cara | Rubino Architects. B. This Section Includes the Following: 1. Window Replacement at Franklin Avenue Middle School, High Mountain Road School and Woodside Avenue School MILESTONE DATES: 1) Shop Drawings Submittals: 14 days after N.T.P. 2) Start Construction: November 1, 2024 3) Substantial Completion: March 1, 2025 4) Final Completion, CO and Closeout Documents: 14 days after substantial completion. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids are to be marked in a sealed envelope and delivered to Franklin Lakes Board of Education at 490 Pulis Avenue, Franklin Lakes, N.J. 07417, with the name of the project, "Window Replacement at Franklin Ave Middle School, Woodside Ave School & High Mountain Road School" plainly marked on the front of the envelope. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Bid Result.
