3. Demolish wall between bathroom #1 and bathroom #2. Remove obsolete electric wall heaters in both
bathrooms. Remove cabinets on the wall of bathroom #1 and Washer and Dryer area.
4. Locate plumbing in wall that is behind new washer and dryer area to accommodate stackable washer and
dryer as per diagram and provide proper water and electrical connections for washer, dryer, and dryer vent.
5. Provide plumbing connections and new toilet and sink in bathroom #1.
6. Provide plumbing connections and install Americans with Disabilities Act compliant toilet, sink, and faucet in
bathroom #2. See specifications for specific fixtures below.
7. Provide and install Americans with Disabilities Act compliant inswing door for bathroom #2 and standard
size door for bathroom #1.
8. Provide and install exhaust fans in both bathrooms.
9. Provide and install 4' LED surface mounted light fixtures in both bathrooms. Similar to the fixtures in the
Seneca Shine Reception area.
10. Install new sheetrock as needed.
11. Provide and install new drop ceiling tiles in construction areas.
12. Provide new flooring to blend with existing epoxy flooring.
13. Cover window in bathroom #1 with appropriate privacy film
