Separate sealed Bids for the construction of a gravity sewer main, lift station, force main, and related appurtenances and improvements to connect the Cave Springs wastewater system to the Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority (NACA) wastewater system This project will allow Cave Springs, Arkansas to convey their wastewater to Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority's (NACA) regional treatment facility. Construction will include 9,400 linear feet (LF) of 24-inch PVC gravity main and associated manholes, 7,500 LF of 12-inch HDPE force main and related appurtenances, a 1.7 MGD firm capacity lift station with three (3) forty-five horsepower submersible pumps. The lift station will include site access drive, site work, all utilities, an electrical control building, an odor control system, and a natural gas backup generator. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Programs as described in the contract documents. Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, the Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-76) including the "American Iron and Steel (AIS)" requirement, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the "Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions" during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for the participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid.
