A. General: Construction sequence shall be determined by Contractor subject to Owners need for continuous operation of existing facilities, and subject to the requirements as indicated or specified. B. Continuous Service of Existing Facilities: Exercise caution and schedule operations to ensure that functioning of present facilities will not be disrupted. Shutdown of Owners operating facilities to perform the Work shall be held to a minimum length of time and shall be coordinated with Owner who shall have control over the timing and schedules of such shutdowns. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required with the contract awarded. This amount includes any approved contingency. A State of Arkansas Contractor's License is required for all bids exceeding $50,000 and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline.
