The City of Chesapeake is seeking sealed proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consulting firms establishing a firm, fixed price contract through competitive negotiation for professional services to develop a Trails and Open Space Connectivity Plan Question Deadline 01/19/2023 at 5:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted via email before. RFP Documents may be examined at the offices of the Purchasing Division, located on the 5th Floor, City Hall Building, 306 Cedar Road.Inquiries For Information should be directed to Christine Smittle, Procurement Specialist II, Purchasing Division, via email only, at csmittle@cityofchesapeake.net. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The resulting contract shall be for a period of two (2) years from the date of execution and may be extended prior to expiration due to unforeseen circumstances to a mutually agreed upon date upon written agreement of the parties. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities in proposals received, and to negotiate and to accept the proposal which shall be in the City's best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
