Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Albion, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Albion Central Schools - Reconstruction - Mechanical Contractor The project is right on time for the scope of work planned and the timing for completion. The project will take two (2) years from now until end of 2024. Reconstruction to: Sodoma Primary School (SED # 45-01-01-06-0-002-016) Bergerson Middle School (SED # 45-01-01-06-0-001-013) D'Amico High School (SED # 45-01-01-06-0-004-009) Bus Garage (SED # 45-01-01-06-5-003-010) All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan and Print Systems. Only complete sets will be issued. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, fax number, and email will also be required. Upon returning sets promptly and in re-usable condition to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder will be refunded his or her deposit in full. 2. All other persons receiving any or all the Contract Documents, including Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, will be refunded their deposit in full. All Contract Documents received (except for Documents held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan and Print Systems, Inc., at the above address. For Contract Documents which are not returned to the printer within this 30 day period, deposits will NOT be refunded. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. COMPLETION TIME The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 010150 entitled "Project Schedule." Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing, via email, and directed to King + King Architects and Campus Construction Management. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bids are due and modifications after execution of the Agreement.
