Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with the attached City specifications and the "General Conditions of Submitting Proposals" attached hereto. Each proposer is required to fill in every blank; failure to do so may be used as a basis for rejection of a proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City. The City will have the right and option to terminate the contract upon thirty (30) days written notice. The successful proposer may be required to execute a written contract.
