Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

1) Hazardous materials must be abated in accordance with MIOSHA and DEQ regulations and the attached Pre-Demolition Compliance Survey assessment. 2) Compact all clean backfill material with a hoe-pack or vibrating roller compactor. 3) Remove _ _1_ curb(s) cut(s) and entry approach(s). (16 lineal feet). 4) Install _ __20_ lineal feet of curb and gutter. 5) Remove and replace _ 48 lineal feet _of cracked, heaved and broken public sidewalks. (raise grade through walk to allow to cover tree roots and provide positive slope to ROW area) 6) See enclosed water and sewer service records for approximate location and any special instructions for shared services. If no service card is provided it is the contractor's responsibility to insure that neighboring water and sewer services are operational at the conclusion of the demolition. 7) Trees/shrubs: Remove all brush from property. Plant 4- 2 1/2 " maple trees on site to locations selected by the City of Jackson. 8) Miscellaneous: Remove fence along E. property line. Remove all garbage and debris from property. Grade and blend property with all surrounding grades This will be a winter work project. Garage demolition/ tree removals, miscellaneous site conditions to be completed to allow for quality rough grade to be completed by 03/10/23 with full project completion by 5/05/23 to include concrete, tree plantings and final yard installations.
