Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Duff Roblin Informal Learning Spaces project will develop area in the existing level 100 walkway between buildings into flexible student space. The renovation will include electrical upgrades, new mechanical systems and sprinklering of the area of work. The existing perimeter radiation system will be refurbished and retained. New paint, flooring, wood acoustical ceiling, acoustic ceiling tile, doors and glazing, and lighting are also required. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
