Insert the unit price in the first column and the extended price in the next column ("AMOUNT"). The Authority reserves the right to purchase one or all of the bid items quoted. Identify all items that will not be bid in the amount column as "NO BID". Note substitutions on this same form. State brand name(s) and product number(s) used for ordering and/or processing. Material specifications are required on substitutions with SEALED BIDS submitted. All bid items must be F.O.B. DELIVERED TO: Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority's Water Treatment Plant, located at 9625 Leesville Road, Evington, VA 24550. (No Freight Charges to be Added). 5. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality so designated by the Code of Virginia in bids received. 6. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Unless, in accordance with Title 11, Chapter 7, Section 11-54, Code of Virginia, the bidder gives notice in writing of his claim of right to withdraw his bid within two business days after the conclusion of the bid opening procedure, in the event of unintentional arithmetic or similar mistake made directly in the compilation of the bid.
