Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; theater / auditorium; and theater / auditorium.

The project consists of renovating/modifying the art theater at Alston Ridge Middle School. The scope of work includes the following: Theater Lighting Modification - Including all required electrical work Addition of a Back Stage Curtain - including all hardware and installation Stage Flooring - Sand and paint the wood floor Genie Lift- Purchase, deliver and provide owners training for a small one-man Genie Lift Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms and Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understand the Bidding Documents and their Bid is made in accordance therewith; and the Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that they have visited the site, have familiarized themselves with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated their observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents.
