Site work for a water / sewer project in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The primary operations to be undertaken with this project consist of Earthwork for drainage detention at MM 214.2. Q & A Deadline 02/10/2023 06:00 PM EST Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of bid and made payable to the Kansas Turnpike Authority as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and give a performance bond as required if awarded the contract. The award of each contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications of the Kansas Department of Transportation, edition of 2015, and will be based upon the summation of the products of the unit prices and the approximate quantities. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein, to determine which is the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the Authority. Simultaneously with his delivery of the executed Contract, the Contractor shall furnish a surety bond or bonds as security for faithful performance of this Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project under this Contract and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract. The surety on such bond or bonds shall be a duly authorized surety company satisfactory to the Authority.
