This project is generally described as the rehabilitation of various City asphalt streets, and associated work. This project is generally described as the rehabilitation of various City asphalt streets, and associated work. Falls, and to complete the project within one-hundred and eighty (180) calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the General Provisions. Liquidated damages are set forth in the General Provisions. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date of opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction for this project is $1,430,000.00.
