The proposed system should enable plant gensets to conduct automated operations and allow for better operational control and monitoring functionality. Proponents may include in their Proposal, a non-binding submission for the supply of the proposed switchgear and automation system and e-house for both plants. The Proponent's decision or capability to include or omit this optional supply scope in their Proposal will not impact the Proponent's evaluation for this RFP. The details for this optional scope are included in Part B - Terms of Reference. All questions or inquiries concerning this Request for Proposal ("RFP") must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on January 20, 2023, and should be addressed to: Babatunde Balogun, Contract Specialist Email: bbalogun@ntpc.com Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
