Reference number : 1678453 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Chute-aux-Outardes, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, wishes to proceed with the construction of a drinking water production plant which will be put into operation during the year 2024. For practical and technical reasons, the Municipality wishes to choose in advance a supplier whose process equipment will later be integrated into a complete drinking water production plant project. To do this, the Municipality is issuing this call for tenders for the pre-selection of process equipment for the drinking water production and waste water treatment system for the future plant. Following the Municipality's analysis of the bids, the latter will notify the chosen supplier that its bid has been accepted and that its equipment will be integrated into the future drinking water production plant of the municipality of Chuteaux- Outardes. The consultant chosen by the Municipality, hereinafter called the consultant, prepares the plans and specifications for the construction projects of the drinking water production plant. These plans and specifications will be used in the call for construction tenders in order to choose the contractor who will build the plant. The supplier, whose bid has been selected to be included in this future construction call for tenders, must sign a contract with the Municipality which will briefly include the following commitments: The supplier undertakes to provide the consultant with technical assistance services to enable the latter to prepare the plans and specifications for the drinking water production and waste water treatment plant for the municipality of Chute-aux- Bustards. The supplier agrees to the municipality to sign with the latter, at its request, an agreement relating to its acceptance of the transfer of the obligations of the Municipality referred to in the contract covering the pre-selection of drinking water production equipment at the general contractor to whom it will award a contract for the construction of the drinking water production and waste water treatment plant for the municipality of Chute-aux-Outardes.
