Project Category Code: Construction, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: Project will consist of final grading and paving of approximately .8 miles including 165th Ave at 361st St. West to end and 170th Ave at 165th Ave West to the Otter Lake bridge. Work to be provided consists of final grading and paving with 2" X 20' compacted hot mix asphalt with two-foot gravel shoulder. Additional Description: This is a LRIP project. Engineer's certificate will be required upon completion . The Town of Colburn reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any parts thereof and to accept a bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal as deemed most advantageous to the town.
