The Guilford County Board of Education seeks to select a Qualified Commissioning Agent to provide commissioning services for the design and construction of the new Professional Community Education Center at the Gateway campus. In addition to the submission of hard copies, respondents should also submit an electronic copy of their response in Adobe PDF format. GCS will retain, and is under no obligation to return, all materials submitted in response to this RFQ. Please make specific reference in the response and in any accompanying cover letter or document to any legitimately and appropriately confidential or proprietary materials contained in the response and mark the material accordingly. All questions or requests for information regarding this RFQ should be submitted in writing by email to: Jarrod Ross at rossj3@gcsnc.com with the subject line of "RFQ - 6542" no later than 12:00 noon Wednesday January 4th 2023. All responses to questions or requests received by this deadline will be posted online by January 6, 2023 under the corresponding request number, 6542. Late requests will not receive a response. All prospective bidders are hereby notified this project will be funded in whole or in part with Federal ESSER funds and will require the contractor to follow the Guilford County Schools ESSER reporting requirements. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award including but not limited to Davis Bacon Wage Reporting Act.
