Description

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Yorktown Heights, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work in accordance with the Contract. The Contractor shall also obtain and pay for all required permits to complete the Work. Any labor, materials and equipment that have been omitted in the description of the Work, but that are necessary or proper for the completion of the Work, shall be furnished by the Contractor at its sole cost and expense. The Contractor shall protect the Work during construction, clean up the Site and maintain the Work until Final Acceptance.
