Which includes approximately 3,390 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch, 4,100 LF of 8-inch, and 870 LF of 12-inch waterline by open cut and trenchless construction methods, all related valves, hydrants, blowoffs, services, appurtenances, etc. The project assumes the existing waterlines will remain in service while the proposed waterlines are successfully installed, tested, and connected to new waterline leads. The project assumes the majority of the waterline installation will be performed by trenchless construction. Open-cut construction is allowable for bore pits (entry, intermediate, exit), fittings installation, and waterline connections. Special considerations include the crossing of existing utilities, storm water pollution prevention, traffic control, and pavement replacement.
