Site work and paving for a civil project in Fairview, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Fairview is accepting bids for the Frisco Road (SPUR 399 TO SH5) project. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for performing all work necessary for the construction of approximately 3,400 linear feet of 4-lane divided Frisco Road (from Spur 399 to SH5) and from Frisco Road to Medical Center Drive, new subbase material, storm drainage, 12" waterline, and traffic signals. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. the deadline for questions is 1/19/2023 at 5:00 pm The design of this project was completed by the owner's in-house design professional.
