For the following: Manufacturer is to design and manufacture to Central Lincoln specifications, two (2) Pad Mounted, 750kVA, Three-Phase, Step Voltage Regulators, rated at 7620/13200Y voltage. All manufacturers must be pre-approved prior to the bid opening. At the above date, time and place the District will publicly open bids. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people's utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120.
