As of September 5, 2024, per owner, the construction of this project was completed a year ago. Design team and general contractor have been identified. The Village of Romeoville is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from IDOT-prequalified engineering firms for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Normantown Road Resurfacing Project located from 135th Street to Weber Road. This project is being federally funded, and therefore, consultant selection will be in accordance with the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) guidelines in the Brooks Act (40 USC 11) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements for Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services (23 CFR 172). Consultant interviews will not be conducted. Consultants will be evaluated in the following areas: 1. Firm's Experience; 2. Team's Experience and Qualifications, including Subconsultants; 3. Key Personnel Expertise/Past Performance, including Subconsultants; 4. Technical Approach to Project and 5. Local Presence. The method of contractor has not been added.
