Diboll ISD is requesting proposals for the following project: High School CTE Classroom Renovation. Provide and install two doors and hollow metal frames between existing storage room and the hallway. -Door #1 shall be (LH) 3068 plastic laminated wood door, with 6"x30" vision lite. - Door #2 shall be (RH) 3068 hollow metal door. - Use Corbin-Russwin CL3100 lockset w/classroom function and DI keyway (Newport trim, satin nickel in color) or equivalent. >> All associated hardware shall be provided by contractor. -Furnish and erect plastic dust containment walls. -All electrical and plumbing has been removed from areas ofwork. -Door locations will be marked. -Saw cut existing wall. -Form and pour grout for frame attachment and reinforcement. (R) Provide and install lintels. - Demolition and construction debris may be disposed ofin district provided dump trailer. (R) District will remove all furniture, trophy cases, bulletin boards and chalkboards. (R) District will paint frames, door and walls. Provide and install two windows and hollow metal frames between existing storage room and two adjacent classrooms. - Window #1 shall be 8030 with !4" impact resistant glass. - Window #2 shall be 8030 with !4" impact resistant glass. - All associated hardware shall be provided by contractor. - Furnish and erect plastic dust containment walls. All electrical and plumbing has been removed from areas ofwork. Door locations will be marked. Saw cut existing wall. Form and pour grout for frame attachment and reinforcement.
