For Phase 3E Contract 2 - Sedimentation Pond Contract 2 and South College Avenue Detention Pond Location: The Project is located on the east side of the Briarcrest Golf Course. Project Scope: The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items: o Sedimentation Pond with concrete bottom and push wall o 48" and 15" HDPE Storm Sewer o 12" SDR 26 PVC Sanitary Sewer o 12" Steel sedimentation pond outlet pipe o 6' Chain link fencing with gates o Stormwater Pollution Prevention and Erosion Control The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. Project Estimated Budget: The proposed estimated budget for construction costs for this Project is $2,660,924.37 inclusive of all incidental and contingent expenses associated with the construction of the entire scope of the Project. Completion Date: 06/23/2023
