The objective of this RFP is to retain an individual Contractor, or Joint Venture, to provide the complete design-build work. Utilizing a D-B service delivery methodology, a full range of professional consultant and contractor services will be required during both the design and construction phases of the project. The work for this project will include, but is not limited to, the following: the design and construction of numerous cross connection control devices, as well as reconfiguration of water infrastructure where required in order to eliminate several potential cross connections in the AAFC Morden Research and Development Centre (MRDC) potable water system; as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.
