NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of South Daytona is soliciting bids for BID NO. 23-B-003, Floating Dock Replacement at Riverfront Veterans Memorial Park. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The City is seeking a qualified and licensed contractor to furnish all labor, equipment and material required to construct a 20-25 by 10 floating dock as a direct replacement for old dock in same location (Riverfront Veterans Memorial Park, 1933 S. Palmetto Avenue, South Daytona). Using the existing gangway, construct a wear deck polymeric lumber floating dock with wear deck decking and a polymeric structural lumber frame from wear deck. Aluminum pile roller as were previous. All Bids will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms in order to deem the Bidder responsive or non-responsive. Question Deadline 01/19/2023 Questions regarding responses to this bid must be in writing through e-mail to Becky Witte, Deputy City Clerk at bwitte@southdaytona.org. Estimated budget is between $35,000 - $40,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
