Questions Due January 24, 2023 by 2:00 PM All inquiries for information should be directed to: Stafford County Procurement Office Contracts Officer: Theresa Harris, Phone: (540) 658-8610, Email: procurement@staffordcountyva.gov Period of Contract: Award through one (1) year with three (3) one-year renewal options The Stafford County Central Procurement Division on behalf of the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (the "R-Board) seeks to solicit proposals from qualified professional environmental engineering or engineering firms to establish a term contract to provide professional engineering consulting services on an as-needed basis for the R-Board, as further described in Section III, Scope of Services. 2. The R-Board intends to contract with a single firm who will agree to be available to provide these services in a timely manner. The R-Board intends to contract for, in general, a variety of tasks that support landfill operations and facility compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The contract will be negotiated and awarded in accordance with the Stafford County Procurement Policy, the Virginia Public Procurement Act, and the terms and conditions of this RFP. 3. The R-Board intends to enter into a contract with one (1) selected firm for a period of one (1) year with three (3) optional one-year renewals. The sum of all projects performed in a contract term shall not exceed $10 million, and the fee for any single project shall not exceed $2.5 million. The R-Board reserves the right to utilize other firms for consulting work. 4. This RFP does not commit Stafford County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procurement a contract for services. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
