Description: To perform an assessment of the current Emergency Department at the main Chapel Hill campus and identify facility upgrades needed to improve patient treatment and increase overall satisfaction. The assessment is to cover the patient flow from front entrance, through security screening, reception, triage, treatment, and discharge. Scope of this effort is limited to the assessment phase only. Deliverables to include conceptual plans only and a budgetary cost estimate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
