Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of the existing Firehall #15 facility. Asebestos remediation will be done by Owner. 2. Construction of new Firehall #15 facility to include all sitework, landscaping, consisting of concrete slab floors, masonry walls with brick veneer, wood roof trusses with standing seam metal roofing. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
