Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sebring, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Sun n Lake of Sebring Improvement District (hereinafter District) is seeking qualified, licensed and insured vendor(s) to furnish the materials and supplies and labor needed to repair and replace roofs, air conditioning units, gutter, fascia, fencing and appurtenances that were damaged during the hailstorm in March of 2022. Therefore, it is the District s intent to solicit this award in January of 2023, award the contract in February of 2023, and complete the repairs and replacements with a project closeout targeted by September 30, 2023 . The District is seeking bids from qualified, licensed and insured contractors to repair and replace building roofs, light fixtures, gutter and downspout, air conditioning units, prime and paint exterior and all related appurtenances damaged by the storm and included in the IN-Line estimate at approximately 26 locations within the Sun N Lake of Sebring Improvement District. This includes the District main office with a roof surface area of 10,625.25 SF; the Golf Course Clubhouse with a roof surface area17,321 SF; and the Recreation Center with a roof surface area of 9,499.40 SF. The repairs will also be made to the golf course main cart storage building and four cart sheds; golf course snack shack; water pump stations; steel and concrete storage tanks; chemical feed shed; bathroom buildings; recreation buildings including bathroom building and playground and pool buildings. Bids will be accepted for individual buildings as listed in the bid sheet. Materials and workmanship will be on a like-for-like basis or owner approved as-equal .
