Includes design and construction of an additional six (6) million gallon (MG) concrete clear well to complement the existing four (4) MG clear well to a ten (10) MG capacity, to allow fluctuations in production of potable water at the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) water treatment plant (WTP). This project is included in the FY 2023-2027 city's Capital Improvement Program.
