The Town of Stratford (Town) on behalf of its Department of Public Works (DPW) and Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors specializing in inspection, testing and maintenance services for emergency generator / pump driver systems. The Town intends to award a (12) month contract with four (4) one-year optional renewal terms. On (60) days advance written notice, the Town may renew the 2023 contract per the same terms and conditions, including an agreed upon optional cost of living allowance (COLA) increase. The optional one-year renewal terms are at the sole discretion of the Town of Stratford It is the responsibility of each bidder to retrieve addenda from the website. Any contact about this bid between a Bidder and any other Town official and/or department manager and/or Town of Stratford employee, other than as set forth above, may be grounds for disqualification of that Bidder.
