As of March 21, 2023, project was awarded to Feller Enterprises, LLC, awarded amount is $2,052,362.55. Estimate $500,000 to $1,000,000 Construction of the Banded Hills Underpass Technical questions regarding the bidding documents shall be directed to Phil Giles, (435) 669-4810, pgiles@mainline-eng.com The BID includes the following: Construction of a cast-in-place concrete box culvert, storm drain system, roadway and trail construction and other miscellaneous items. The 100% performance - labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George. As required by St. George City Code 1-10B-14 a signed certificate of legal work status for the BIDDER must accompany the BID. City of St. George reserves the right to reject any, or all BIDS, or to waive any formality or technicality in any BID, in the interest of the city 11182013 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
