For Southside Water Reclamation Facility Reuse Pond Expansion Project has been cancelled The Toho Water Authority (Toho) invites interested engineering consulting firms with experience in storage reservoir/pond design to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for site planning, preliminary design, final design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, and other miscellaneous related services for the expansion of an existing reuse storage pond at the Southside Water Reclamation Facility (SSWRF), which is located in St. Cloud, Florida.
