Easter Lake Drive Sidewalk from Indianola Avenue to Easter Lake Park, 092022004 The improvement includes construction of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk, PCC curb ramps, earthwork, modified subbase, pavement removal, storm sewer, culverts, intakes, manholes, surface restoration, pavement markings, signage, traffic control, and other incidental items; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 652-019/156, along Easter Lake Drive from Indianola Avenue to Easter Lake Park in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 10, 2024 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions.
