Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in LaFayette, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 43,750-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Transportation, is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide consulting, design and construction phase services related to the DOT Maintenance Building addition and upgrades, located in Lafayette. Renovation of the existing building as well as any site work necessary to support the projects and DOT's operation needs at this site shall be included. Existing utility systems including water, electrical, and sanitary shall be evaluated and designed as necessary. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5 Years
