Mayfield Electric & Water Systems (Buyer) invites Bidders to submit bids for Two (2)-69-13 kV Substation Power Transformers (Goods). The contract generally consists of furnishing, and delivery to Mayfield Electric & Water System's South Substation located at Industrial Drive (36.728483, -88.660432), Mayfield, KY 42066, including unloading, assembly and testing the Goods with provision for Special Services by a manufacturer's field service engineer. Buyer reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids; and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Buyer believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established. The buyer also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or other material changes to technical or contractual requirements. Mayfield Electric & Water Systems reserves the right to reject all bids or waive any discrepancies within. The Goods are requested by February 1, 2024. Split delivery dates for the units will be considered. The Special Services shall be completed within 10 calendar days after Buyer's written notice following acceptance of delivery of the Goods. Bidders shall submit one original and one duplicate of Bid per the Instructions to Bidders.
