An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder's name and address and the designation: BID - NORTHMORELAND PARK REHABILITATION-PHASE 2 PLAY EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
