Brief description of needs The mandate consists of supplying and delivering various signage items (panels, posts and hardware) to the Company's garage in Radisson. All items in the price schedule must be delivered no later than March 31, 2023. ONLY SUPPLIERS WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUEBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT. By establishment, the Company means: Place where the supplier carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal office hours.
