The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of select windows, barrel vault skylight, exterior and overhead doors. In addition, the removal of obsolete mechanical equipment and restoration work at exterior lintels and associated masonry. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8.
