The TVDSB proposes to pre-qualify Contractors who are interested in performing Project Management in the implementation of the construction schedule and control of all sub-trades and suppliers for the following: - Watermain construction; - Sanitary sewer construction; - Forcemain construction; - Storm sewer construction; - Pumping station construction including installation of mechanical and electrical equipment; - Capping/demolition/removal of existing services; - Water well abandonment in accordance with Ontario Regulation 903/90 as presently amended; - Jacking and boring across creeks and roadways; - Main crossing of various utilities; -Regrading and restoration of ditches, vegetative areas and asphalt areas; and - Roadway and private driveway restoration Through this Pre-Qualification TVDSB intends to establish "vendor of record" lists ("VOR Lists") of prequalified Municipal Services Construction Contractors who will each execute a 2-year MSA with the TVDSB with the option to renew for one additional year.
