Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. All Bonds Are Waived for This Project. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
