Site work and paving for a road / highway in Smithtown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Each bid must be accompanied by either a certified check on a solvent bank or trust company acceptable to the Town, or a bid bond from a surety prepared in such a form as is acceptable by the Town. The certified check or bid bond shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price and be made payable to the Town of Smith town as assurance that the contract will be executed if awarded to such bidders. The Town of Smith town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids must be submitted intact. Do not remove any pages. Non Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements must accompany each bid. The Town of Smithtown encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate in all bids.
