The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) Information Technology (IT) Department is seeking professional qualified consultants to provide the review, audit, and Executive Report of the current state of TCCD's Information Technology Service Management tool (ITSM) with an emphasis on development of a Customer Journey Roadmap. This approach should include: Analysis of Current Customer/User Experience (CX/UX); Development of Roadmap to Ideal State for CX/UX; Feasibility Study of Integration of Ideal CX/UX into the current ITSM System;o Determination if an existing or new ITSM System Will Meet Identified Requirements; and Recommendations for Next Steps with Comprehensive Work Plan.
