All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and at the toll-free number 1 866 669-7326 for residents living outside. Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. CONTRACT LENGTH The work covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of 60 months, starting March 1 , 2023. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the amount of the tender. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints filed with the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions .
